  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Nature's Own All Natural 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Kroger Unsweetened Coconut Flake

Beautiful breakfast. Toasted #organic whole wheat bread (ran out of ezikiel ) with 1% cottage cheese sprinkled with unsweetened #lowfat coconut flakes, powedered stevia and goji berries that I like to soak for 5-10 min in the cold water. Yum.
