² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) 365 Psyllium Husks
  •  16 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) LifeSource Foods Oat Fiber 500
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill All Natural Whey Protein Concentrate
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 heaping tbsp) Source Naturals Pea Protein Powder
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  2 tbsp Curry Powder
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  5.33 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Crystal Farms All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 packet) Pure Via Stevia
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  •  1/2 tsp Salt
   

q Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together
Add egg whites and yogurt and blend together well
Slowly add water by 1/4 cups
Add vinegar
Put large dollops on a greased baking sheet (~1/4c each or more)
spread out into circles, about 3-4in in diameter
Bake for 20-25min at 325F
Makes 10 (little bit larger than sandwich thins)
