Egg Drool Anyone? Feast your eyes on this healthy alternative Eggs Benedict! So, I've never poached an egg, and it was super cool to do. Thanks YouTube!

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 thick/large slice (1/2" thick) Tomatoes
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon
  •  1/2 fruit without skin and seeds California Avocados
  •  1 leaf Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hellmann's Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
  •  1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 muffin) Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins

1 cinnamon raisin Ezekiel English muffin 1/2 avocado mashed 2 spinach leaves 2 slices of tomato 2 pieces turkey bacon 2 eggs- Poached For hollandaise sauce: MIX Less than 1/4 cup low fat Mayo 1 tsp Dijon mustard Cayenne to taste Spread avocado equally on both pieces of the English muffin. Layer with spinach leaf, tomato, turkey bacon (I cut my turkey bacon in half to equal 4 pieces), the poached egg, then hollandaise sauce
