This healthy breakfast mash will leave your mouth watering for more. So healthy and tasty! There's so much you can do with zeggs, but this is one of my favorites!
Process Zucchini or Squash in a food processor until finely ground.
Put into a microwavable bowl.
Add egg whites, cinnamon, english toffee stevia drops to liking and 2/3 sliced banana.
Stir them in and micorwave for 5 minutes with checking half way through to stir.
When finished, top with PB2 and other 1/3 banana and any toppings to your desire.
