Healthy version of french toast that is sure to satisfy and sinfully delicious . A must TRY
Pour 1/4 cup egg whites in a bowl add cinnamon , 1 tbsp vanilla , 1 packet stevia and whisk .
Put in one piece of thawed Ezekiel and let soak while fruit is heating .
cut up 1/4 pear 4 strawberries and sautÃ© in pan with 1 tbsp coconut oil. approximately 5 minutes . Set fruit aside
In the same pan add you piece of bread and cook as you would french toast on both sides . plate and top with fruit and drizzle either honey , maple syrup or sugar free syrup . Enjoy !!!!!
