VERY simple and easy to make! Only 3 ingredients needed and protein may be added if desired!

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
  •  1 oz Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Optimum Nutrition 100% Any Whey Protein
   

q Directions

Mash the banana in a regular bowl, using the back of a fork.

Next, add the egg and oats too the bowl and mix them.

When the mixture is mixed enough, add the whey protein and mix once again.

Pour it into a pan and fry it as long as desired!

Any desired topping may be added when finished such as fruits, maple/honey or both!
