  •  1 cup Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cake) Suzie's Spelt Puffed Cakes
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Spice World Minced Garlic

Cooke eggs sunnyside up or any way that keeps the eggs runny. While that is cooking saute the spinach with the minced garlic on a pan in coconut oil until soft.

Top spelt cakes with the spinach and then the eggs. Enjoy!
