These yummy guys are vegan, gluten free, soy free, oil free, can be nut free, flour less, no added sugar perfect snack or breakfast on the go!

² Ingredients

  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 cup) Mott's Granny Smith Applesauce (No Sugar Added)
  •  2 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
  •  1 cup, dry, yields Buckwheat Groats
  •  1/4 cup Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts
  •  1 medium Zucchini
  •  1/2 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Chia Seeds
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Kirkland Signature Organic Rice Milk
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 packet) Garden of Life Raw Protein Vanilla
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Great Value Baking Powder
   

q Directions

Throw all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Add more milk if batter isn't pourable

Pour into parchment paper lined 9x9 baking dish.

Top with more cinnamon and nuts

Bake at 350 for 45 mins, remove cut into 6 or 8 bars and bake again for another 30-30 minutes.

Let cool before removing from dish. Enjoy!
