  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Vega Sport Performance Protein
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Equality Fresh Spinach
  •  0.083 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Now Foods Whole Psyllium Husks
  •  2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Crystal Farms All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original

1. Place rolled oats in blender and grind into a flour consistency.
2. Add remainder of ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Cook over medium-low heat in a pre-heated pan (coated or sprayed with olive oil or coconut oil) about 3-4 minutes per side.
