³ Description

Summer means grilling! So get out that grill and grill up some peaches and mango for a winning flavor combo to add to this mugcake!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

- 6 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- almond milk

Combine ingredients and add milk until a batter forms. Microwave for 1 min 30 seconds and set aside to cool. Combine Ingredients to make your filling:

- 1/8 cup mango
- 1/8 cup pineapple
- 1/3 cup SO Delicious cultured coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup raspberries, mango, pineapple

Grill the first two ingredients and combine the coyo and coconut with the raspberries, mango, and pineapple. Cut your mugcake in half, lengthwise, and layer with your grilled peaches and mango. Replace the top half of your mugcake and spoon your coyo mixture on top. Enjoy
