³ Description

Great for dinner, and makes awesome leftovers for the week! Try some on a salad, in a sandwich or even with some eggs in the morning!

² Ingredients

  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 lb) Jennie-O Ground Turkey
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs - Italian Style
  •  1 stalk large (11"-12" long) Celery
  •  1 medium Carrots
  •  1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Central Market Organics Ketchup
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Lea & Perrins The Original Worcestershire Sauce
  •  2 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1 tsp Salt
   

q Directions

Chop all vegetables very small and mix all ingredients together.
Optionally you can add 1/4 c shredded cheese to the loaf and a tablespoon sprinkled on top before baking.
Top loaf with 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Bake covered with tinfoil for first 30 minutes and last 10 without!

Enjoy with mashed potatoes or cauliflower, and your favorite roasted vegetables!
