Made my egg white coconut flour wrap again for lunch. I stuffed it with sauteed chicken breast, broccoli, mushrooms, tomato and homemade tzatziki. It was gone in 5 seconds!!
Cook the chicken and sautee your veggies if you'd like.
For the wrap: Mix egg whites, coconut flour, flax meal, baking powder, salt, pepper, thyme and pour in a greased pan. Make it thin like a crepe and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
For the Tzatziki: Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber and garlic.
Once the wrap has cooled stuff it with all the above and enjoy!
