A delicious protein shake that seems more like a milk shake. Packs in the protein without compromising taste and healthiness.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat)
  •  1 wedge yields Lime Juice
  •  1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Reddi-wip Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 package) Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  •  0.11 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum
  •  0.001 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Jell-O Sugar Free Lime Gelatin
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Designer Whey French Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  0.15 serving (serving = 24 pieces) Nabisco Teddy Grahams Honey

q Directions

1/2 c cottage cheese( if you don't eat dairy you can omit this if you use xanthan gum to thicken)
Scoop vanilla protein
1/2 c water
8ish ice cubes
1 tbsp Sugar free instant cheese cake pudding mix
1/4ish tsp lime juice (sorry for the "ish" measurement but you can add more- 1/2 tsp it just depends how much of a lime feel you want so test and taste )
Large pinch of lime sugar free jello mix (a little under 1/8tsp)
1/4 tsp xanthan gum (its a thickener and you can omit this just makes it more shake like!)

3 -4 french toast gold fish or honey teddy Graham's
2 tbs redi whip
1 crushed Keylime yogurt pretzel(yes you heard me right - my local whole foods store Sprouts carries them . And I am so sad if you can't find them but it is not a must have .. ..Technically 😜)
