Delicious but healthy dessert. Who doesnt love cheesecake!?!

² Ingredients


q Directions

1) Mix together â–¶1c cottage cheese+ 1c 0% greek yogurt+ 1/3c liquid egg whites+ 45-60 drops Stevia+ 1tsp lemon extract+ zest and juice of 1 lemon
2) Whisk in 2 scoop vanilla protein powder and 2Tbs coconut flour
3) In another bowl whip 2 large egg whites (~1/3c) to stiff peaks
4) Gently fold whipped whites into batter.
5) Pour batter into a greased 9in springform pan
6) Microwave 100g blueberries with a pinch of stevia and swirl in to batter
7) reserve blueberries to the end and just pour over when finished baking
8) Bake at 325 for ~45min, I suggest putting a paper bag over it to prevent burning
