Delicious protein bars that are convenient for when you're on the go!

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) MRM All Natural Whey Protein
  •  1 tbsp Poppy Seed
  •  1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Rumford Baking Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  •  4 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 cup, sauce Applesauce Unsweetened
  •  1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  1 tbsp Lemon Peel
  •  2 tbsp Honey
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour
   

q Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray (I used a 9 x 9 pan).
3. Mix together oat flour, protein powder, poppy seeds, salt, and baking soda.
4. Separately mix together egg whites, applesauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and stir until combined.
6. Pour batter into baking pan, and bake for 20-23 minutes.
7. Cut into 8 bars after cooling, and enjoy!
