Delicious versatile protein pancakes!

² Ingredients


q Directions

In a blender/food processor mix together:
1 scoop vanilla protein,
1/2 cup oats or 1/3 cup oat flour,
a pinch of baking powder,
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt,
1 egg white,
1 tbsp coconut flour,
3-4 tbsp of almond milk and the zest of half a lemon (or a dash of lemon extract).

Once thoroughly combined add in a handful of raisins and stir through. Cook on a medium to low heat and flip when bubbles appear on the surface. Then just stack em up high 👌
