My basic pancake recipe! Super fluffy and moist!

q Directions

Mix everything together in a mixer or with a handblender (oats need to turn into flour). Fry in a preheated pan on medium heat. I topped mine with strawberries and coconut cream (cottage cheese, greek yogurt, shredded coconut and any sweetener). Enjoy!
