So full of flavor, but not too filling and only 8 ingredients! Nice twist on chicken, and super easy to make!

² Ingredients

  •  1 oz, boneless, cooked, skinless Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten)
  •  1/4 cup Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium) Roma Tomatoes
  •  1 tbsp, drained Capers
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms
  •  1/8 serving (serving = 1 cup) Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
   

q Directions

Pound two 4oz chicken breasts, sauté spinach, dice tomato... Add Greek yogurt and other ingredients (except garlic and seasoning) to one side of chicken, then fold over (like you would a taco)... Top chicken with seasoning and garlic. Bake on 350 15-20 minutes!
