Try these mini banana cream pies as a dessert!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1. Smash up puffed rice in a ziplock bag (to avoid making a mess).

2. Mix PB & smashed rice together

3. Press into the bottom of 6 silicone baking cups

4. Let stand in fridge

5. Slice the half banana into 6 small rounds and place in the cups on top of crust.

6. Mix pudding, banana extract, & almond milk in a bowl until it gets thick.

7. Divide into the cups and set in freezer for ~ 2 hours

8. Pop them out and enjoy !!!
