This mini loaf is SO full of flavour and super moist - and there is peanut butter and chocolate chips so you can't go wrong!

q Directions

Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Loaf:
Serving: 1 mini loaf
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
2tbsp coconut sugar
3tbsp egg white
1/4tsp vanilla extract
2tbsp natural peanut butter
1/8tsp baking soda
1tbsp chocolate chips
Method:
Blend 1/4 cup oats into flour. Mix all ingredients and place in prepared mini loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 18 minutes. You could also make these into cookies I'm sure, or double/triple for the recipe for a regular loaf pan!
