³ Description

If you're in a hurry and want to cook breakfast in the microwave, here is your solution!

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
  •  1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) 365 Organic Finely Ground Flaxseed
  •  1/4 oz Dried Chia Seeds
  •  1 large Egg White

q Directions

In a small mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Lightly spray a microwaveable cereal bowl with oil. Lightly pat mixture into cereal bowl. Microwave for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Allow it to rest for about a minute. Turn it out onto a plate. Eat as is, or with syrup or jam or whatever you want. This "cake" is portable, so you can pack it in your lunch for a snack later.

* Optional ingredients: vanilla, cinnamon, coconut, cocoa powder, etc..
