³ Description

The crunchy add of the puffed quinoa grains to some delicious home-made caramelized pecan butter, all covered in a rich and crackling thin chocolate layer… This is top floor heaven!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Put your pecan butter (or use store-bought all-natural almond butter or sunflower seed butter!) a few hours in the fridge before preparing. Make the chocolate by melting your coconut oil and mixing it with a few drops of stevia. Set aside and mix the quinoa through your cold pecan butter. Roll them with your hands into bite-size balls and drown them in the liquid chocolate. Store them in your freezer.
