Who doesn't like oreos? Here's my little healthy pancake version ;)
Mix everything except the cocoa. Separate the batter to two and now add the cocoa to one half of the batter and one tbsp milk.
To the other half you can add: 1 Tbsp shredded coconut and 1 Tbsp milk.
Fry in a preheated pan on medium (!) heat with some coconut oil.
