³ Description

Great finger food and a nice snack to eat whilst watching something with the person you love!

² Ingredients

  •  240 g Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned)
  •  1/2 tsp Cumin
  •  1/2 tsp Salt
  •  1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Coriander Leaf (Dried)
   

q Directions

drain your can of chickpeas, wash them and then pat them dry with a kitchen towel
spray a baking tray with non stick cooking spray and evenly distribute the chickpeas
place them into your preheated oven at 180c or 360-370f and roast them for 35-40mins shaking half way
while cooking, put all the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl
when chickpeas come out of the oven spray with cooking spray, put them into your bowl with spices and cover all chickpeas well with your seasonings

1 can of chickpeas, drained. roughly 240g

1/2 tsp of the following:
ground coriander
ground cumin
salt
ground garlic powder
chilli powder
