² Ingredients

  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Quaker Large Flake Oats
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Adams 100% Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Liberte Greek Yogurt 0%
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Birthday Cake

1 TB Crunchy Peanut Nutter (Natural)
½ Bananas
1/3 Cup Large Flake Oats
½ scoop Birthday Cake Whey
¾ cup Liberte - 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon

Mix some water, oats and peanut butter in a bowl. Slice banana into thin slices and place ontop of the oats. In a separate bowl mix yogurt, whey and vanilla extract. Spoon the yogurt on top of the bananas and oats. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the fridge. Eat the next day.
