Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies with a Coconut Twist

q Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl mix dry ingredients (Almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and shredded coconut. Melt coconut oil. In a small bowl combine eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and extract. Add wet to dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. Place cookie mix in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator shape into 14 equal size balls. Press down on cookie sheet (they will not expand much while baking) into shape you would like them to be in. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes before moving cookies to a cooling rack to completely cool.
