³ Description

So yummy, I had to share it!! I adjusted it to be 3-Block Zone-Paleo

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup slices Cucumber (with Peel)
  •  1 cup Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Minced Onion
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 tsp Turmeric (Ground)
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Sweet Red Peppers
  •  1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 large Egg
   

q Directions

1. Hard boil the eggs

2. In a large bowl, mash eggs and avocado, and mix in rest of ingredients.

3. Serve over greens with sliced cucumber. (2 cups raw spinach, 1/2 sliced cucumber, etc... to total 2 blocks carbs).
