q Directions

1. Mix Egg, flour, almond milk together and pour onto greased frying pan over medium heat

2. While the pancake is cooking, put apricot, pear, apple and berries in a blender to make the puree.

3. Once pancake is cooked, spread puree on top and enjoy!
