Steak for breakfast! A savory dish with simple, wholesome ingredients.

² Ingredients

  •  1 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  •  1.5 cup, cubes Sweet Potato
  •  2 cup, chopped Sweet Red Peppers
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 serving) Trader Joe's Shaved Beef Steak
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1 medium raw onion) Bland Farms Vidalia Sweet Onion
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and chop sweet potato into 1/2 inch pieces (hash brown-size). Spray baking pan with coconut oil spray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fork-tender.
While sweet potatoes are roasting, heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium heat. Dice onion and peppers and saute until onions are translucent and peppers are slightly browned.
Remove pepper & onion mix and place in a medium bowl.
In the same frying pan, add shaved steak and cook all the way through.
Add onions and peppers, sweet potatoes, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir.
Continue cooking in the frying pan, covered, for another 5 minutes.
