Everyone loves KitKat! Try this peanut butter banana oat Kit Kat!

² Ingredients


q Directions

Melt your dark chocolate and coat a muffin tin or cupcake cup with the chocolate and freeze.

Mix oats, honey, mashed dates, flaxseed and cinnamon, form into two flat biscuits and place under grill/oven for 5 minutes at 180 C or until you get a crispy, chewy thin biscuit (P.S. After freezing again, the biscuit becomes crispier, weird but it happened).

Remove the chocolate coated muffin from the freezer and layer the base with mashed banana, followed by an oat biscuit, then peanut butter, then top with another biscuit.

Melt the rest of your chocolate and top the Kit Kat cup.

Freeze it again for a few hours and enjoy!
