This peanut buttery deliciousness is packed with protein and is sure to please the taste buds!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Melt coconut oil, peanut butter, and honey (I did mine on the stove on low heat, but you could do it in the microwave too)
-Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and protein powder (I used cake batter flavor)
-When those ingredients are combined, add in the oats
-Spread mixture out onto a cookie sheet
-Bake for 10 minutes
-Take pan out of the oven and stir up the granola
-Put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes
-Remove from oven, stir it up, and let it cool – it will crisp up as it cools, I promise :)
