Crepe: Blend/beat oat flour (1/4 cup NOT 1/3***), baking powder, egg white, and almond milk really well. Cook on low heat with coconut oil.

Filling: Saute blueberries and strawberries in coconut oil until soft enough to smash into you "jelly"

Topping: heat natural peanut butter and thin with a splash of water
