  •  1 cup, sliced Pepperoni
  •  4 medium Egg
  •  1 cup, sliced Black Olives
  •  1 lb Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk)
  •  1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  •  4 large Egg White
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Italian Seasoning (No Salt No MSG)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Prego Pizza Sauce
  •  2 cup, cooked Quinoa (Cooked)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Adams Diced Onion

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a muffin pan with cupcake holders, or spray a 12-cup muffin tin
Add all ingredients except pizza sauce to a large bowl then stir to combine. Fill muffin pan cook for 30 min or until golden brown.
Let cool for 3 minutes before removing from cups. Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
Stores great for the week’s lunch.
