² Ingredients

  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 envelope) Knox Gelatine
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
  •  100 g Bananas
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) American Pure Whey 100% Whey Protein Isolate - Chocolate
  •  200 g Cream Cheese (Fat Free)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  50 g Light Butter (Stick with Salt)
  •  100 g Lowfat Graham Crackers
  •  1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana
   

q Directions

crush digestives and add melted weight watchers butter to it (or real butter if you dont have it)
bake base for 10 mins at 175c or 350f
blend up all middle ingredients and pour onto cooked base
leave to set in fridge for roughly 4 hours or until set

BASE:
100G light digestive biscuits
50g weight watchers butter or normal butter

MIDDLE:
250g greek yoghurt
200g light cream cheese
100g whey (i used banoffee)
100g banana (roughly one med)
50ml almond milk
4 gelatine leaves, soaked in water

TOPPING:
1 banana
