³ Description

High Protein "Giant" Oreo

² Ingredients

  •  2 fl oz Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein Chocolate
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Vanilla (Cup)

q Directions

Mix chocolate protein (1 scoop) & water (3-4 TBSP) to make a dough consistency, place in fridge for about 10 minutes to harden.

While that is hardening, mix together the "filling" by mixing the cake batter protein (1/2 scoop) (Dymatize ISO-100 Cake Batter) with the greek yogurt. (1/4c)

Take the "dough" out of the fridge and separate into two equal parts. Roll and then flatten out into two circular pieces.

Take the filling (you will probably have some left over) and spoon onto one of the circular pieces, then place in the freezer (leave the second circular piece on the plate -if you put it on now, itll squeeze the filling out--, but still place in freezer) for 10 minutes and then put the second piece on to make a giant oreo or whoopie pie! Freeze for longer if you would like for more of an ice cream sandwich treat!

PS- sprinkles are optional. Add before placing in freezer.
