³ Description

Healthy and quick homemade crispbread with extra protein. Put on some favorite imposition and enjoy.

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  100 g Protein Powder
  •  1 tbsp Salt
  •  100 g Dried Whole Sesame Seeds
  •  100 g Dried Sunflower Seed Kernels
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Western Family Quick Rolled Oats
   

q Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients in a god size bowl. add 4 eggs and 2-3 dl of water. The dough can not be to wet, try to make it a god sticky consistence. Split the dough parts in two big oven pans. remember baking paper. Use a extra piece of paper to push the dough evenly out in the pan. Make it as thin an possible, like a pizza! Use a kitchen tool to make the edges nice and straight as possible put the pan in the middle of the oven, 180 C, 10 minutes. Remember to cut it up in nice squares,serving sizes just after coming out of the oven! It gets harder when its cold but you can enjoy it hot also. Put on some nice imposition, ENJOY!
