  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) About Time Whey Protein Isolate
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  0.16 cup, mashed Cooked Pumpkin (from Canned)
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Great Value Baking Powder
  •  0.333 serving (serving = 1 serving) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Peanut Flour Defatted

Ingredients:
Cupcakes
- 1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl About Time Whey (tryabouttime.com 25% off code: FANTASTICALLYFIT)
- 3 tablespoon liquid egg whites (1 egg white)
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- dash pumpkin pie spice
In a food process or blender mix all ingreidents together. Pour into 3 silicone cupcake liners. Microwave for approximately 1 minute.

PB " Frosting"
- 1/3 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Flour
Optional: Honey or Stevia to taste.
Blend together the ingredients and place on top of the cupcakes
