An idea grew in my head for a while. Protein cupcakes. But damn, that's the sort of thing everybody makes. I need something unique. Chocolate chip vanilla protein muffins? YES??? Using protein bars in the batter? YEEES! And look at the result, it was okay right? ;) Proud of these!
Icing: 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1tbsp cocoa powder, 2 packets stevia
Mix everything except protein bars in a blender. Chop proteinbars into small pieces, stir them into the batter.
I use silicone molds cause then nothing gets stuck. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. KEEP YOUR EYE ON THEM!
Note: You can use any protein bars you want.
