Pumpkin Cake Batter Waffles topped with Mighty Maple Peanut Butter and mini Reese's Pieces

q Directions

Ingredients:
1/4 cup spelt flour
1 cup GF all purpose Flour
1 scoop cake batter whey protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tablespoons stevia
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
3/4-1 cup almond milk

Toppings:
1 tablespoon mini Reese's Pieces
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter and Co's Mighty Maple Peanut Butter

Mix all ingredients well and cook on med heat in waffle maker.

Makes 8-10 waffles depending on what kind of maker you have. (2 servings)
