Wholesome muscle food that doesn't take a lot of time to prepare. And pumpkin is good any time of the year ;)

q Directions

For the oats, microwave1/2 cup old fashioned oats mixed with 1 cup of water in a covered bowl for 3 minutes. Remove and stir. Crack in 3-4 egg whites and stir in well. Microwave for another minute and a half. Add 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 5 drops french vanilla stevia (or 1 packet granulated. Add more or less according to taste preference), a generous sprinkling of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 t of maple extract (optional). Stir we'll and microwave for another minute. Top with extra cinnamon and anything else you choose :) microwave times vary, so keep watch the first time you try oats in the microwave.
