Pumpkin flavored muffins filled with vegan cocao-chips, pumpkin seeds, and protein!

q Directions

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Spray muffin tin and evenly distribute mix into 10 tins (about 1/4-1/3 cup of mix).

Bake in oven on 350 for about 20 minutes. Check to see if they are done by sticking a toothpick into the middle of one muffin. If the toothpick comes out without any wet mix on it, they are done. If there is still wet mixture, continue cooking and check every 2 minutes.

Take out, let cool, and enjoy! Option: top with non-fat greek yogurt for some creamy goodness!
