super moist and flavorful recipe, also super pumpkin-y just for fall.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

In and mug combine;
2 tbsp baking stevia
1 tbsp coconut flour
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle of pumpkin spice
1 tbsp cottage cheese
1/3 c liquid egg whites
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
microwave for 3 minutes
For the frosting, combine following ingredients in a bowl;
1 tsp sunflower seed butter
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp stevia
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
dash of cinnamon
once combined spread on top of the mug cake.
