  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low Carb & Low Fat Tortillas
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  0.125 tsp Allspice Ground
  •  0.2 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/8 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  •  0.1 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
  •  0.125 cup Pumpkin (Without Salt, Canned)
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1 serving (12.4g) Marshmallow Fluff
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Philadelphia Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) MGN Pure Isolate Whey Protein
   

q Directions

Mix protein powder, baking powder, egg white, canned pumpkin, and spices in a bowl. Microwave, covered, for about a minute. Let it cool in the refrigerator (or freezer) while you spread the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff on the tortilla. Wrap the protein cake in the tortilla and enjoy!
