Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Adjust spice to your own taste!

spray mini muffin tin and add mixture and sprinkle with some coconut sugar

Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins or until edges are golden

let cool 5 mins.. transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy :)
