² Ingredients

  •  3 cup Red Kidney Beans (Canned)
  •  1 cup Red Tomatoes (Canned)
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Hunt's 100% Natural Tomato Sauce
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 tbsp dry mix) McCormick 30% Less Sodium Chili Seasoning Mix
  •  800 g Ground Turkey
  •  2 cup, cubes Sweet Potato
  •  2 small Green Peppers
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Organic Canned Pumpkin
  •  1 large Onions
  •  0.2 pepper Green Hot Chili Peppers
  •  3 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Frieda's Kabocha Squash
  •  0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
  •  2 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
   

q Directions

First, brown the turkey breast in a pan with a light sprinkling of cinnamon of nutmeg. After that, transfer the turkey plus all of the other ingredients into a crockpot. Give it a good stir to ensure the ingredients are all mixed up. Let cook on high for about 5 hours, or on low for 9 - 10 hours. The chili is finished when the sweet potatoes are soft :) ENJOY! Serve with raw, thin sliced onions.
