³ Description

Here's a great twist on traditional french toast. this french toast is stuffed with a quest cookies and cream protein bar, rolled up into mini cinnamon rolls, dunked in eggs, and cooked up like regular french toast. the cookies and cream bar becomes soft and gooey on the inside which makes it extra delicious!

² Ingredients

  •  2 medium Egg
  •  3 regular slice, crust not eaten Whole Wheat Bread
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Cookies & Cream Bar

q Directions

Quest cookies and cream French toast cinnamon rolls

3 slices whole wheat bread with crusts cut off
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
Almond Milk, as needed
2 eggs
1 quest cookies and cream, rolled out flat

In a small bowl, combine your protein powder with your milk until thick in consistency. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk your eggs with about 1/4 cup milk and also set this aside. Remove crust from your bread then line the bread slices up next to each other. tightly pinch the ends together so your 3 pieces of bread are one long, continuous piece. Spread protein mixture on top then lay the quest bar as evenly on top of the bread as you can. You may have to cut it up to get it fit. Careully roll up the bread, like you would with cinnamon roll dough, and cut off pieces. Cook like regular French toast on a skillet, making sure to flip so it cooks evenly on both sides. Top with desired toppings.
