Low carb very yummy sushi made in 5 min at home.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, cooked, flaked Baked or Broiled Salmon
  •  1 oz Avocados
  •  1/2 cup slices Cucumber (with Peel)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 piece) Roland Nori Dried Seaweed
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 medium pepper) Publix Red Bell Pepper
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 wedge) Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges

Cut up your vegetables and fish like a straw and roll into the nori sheet. Eat up :-)
