This low calorie, high protein Chili is the perfect meal to keep your calorie count in check and ensure your getting enough protein.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Heinz Tomato Ketchup
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Kidney Beans
  •  1 tbsp Onion Powder
  •  1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
  •  1 cup, chopped Green Peppers
  •  100 g Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat)
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) President's Choice PC Organics Green Lentils
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Diced Tomatoes
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Publix Chili Powder
   

q Directions

1. Put beef in a pot and cook on medium for 10 minutes while breaking it apart

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 45 minutes while stirring every 5-10 minutes.
