You can't go wrong with an egg salad sandwich!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Hard-Boiled Egg
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 oz Sour Cream (Fat Free)
  •  1 tbsp chopped Onions
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/4 tsp Dill (Dried)
  •  1 oz Yellow Mustard
   

q Directions

1. Mash all the hard boiled egg and egg whites in a bowl.

2. Add the onions, sour cream, black pepper, mustard and dried dill to the bowl, mix until all ingredients are well stirred.

3. Spread half the mixture on a slice of bread and top with another slice of bread, repeat for 2nd sandwich.
