³ Description

A fast easy salad that is perfect to pack in the morning and eat later in the day.

² Ingredients

  •  1 small can (3.25 oz), drained Canned Salmon
  •  6 medium spear (5-1/4" to 7" long) Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh)
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 cups) Fresh Express Spring Mix
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 fl oz Lemon Juice
  •  2.5 oz Green Peas (Frozen)
  •  1/2 tbsp Honey
  •  1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/3 cup dry) Rice Select Pearl Couscous
   

q Directions

Put the following in a container with a lid:
1-2 salmon packets
2 ish cups spring and spinach mix
5-8 asparagus grilled spears ( just throw them on the George Forman grill until they are tender - its fast and easy
1/3 c peas
3 tbsp c plain pearled couscous

Dressing:
2tsp honey
2tsp DJion mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix dressing pour over top and shake with a lid in the salad !
